Amazing Google Tricks That Will Change The Way You Search

AMAZING  GOOGLE TRICKS THAT WILL CHANGE THE WAY YOU SEARCH

Google Search’s learning curve is an odd one. You use it every day, but still all you know is how to search. But the search engine has plenty of tricks up its sleeve.
Here’s an overview of some of the most useful Google search tricks, from basic tips to new features just recently released.

1:Tilt your Screen by Searching Tilt
This is one of the fun additions built in by Google engineers. Try it out yourself (search without quotes).
2:Search Images Using Images
Ever come across a photo that looks strangely familiar? Or if you want to know where it came from? If you save the image, and then search it on Google Images (with the camera button), you’ll be able to see similar images on the web.
3:Press the Mic Icon on Google's Search Bar, and say "Flip A Coin" or "Heads or Tails"
The feature released recently lets Google flip a coin for you when you don’t have one on hand.
4:Use Quote to search for an Exact Phrase
This one’s a well-known, simple trick: searching a phrase in quotes will yield only pages with the same words in the same order as what’s in the quotes. It’s one of the most vital search tips, especially useful if you’re trying to find results containing a specific a phrase.
5:Use an Asterisk within quotes to specify an unknown or variable word
Here’s a lesser known trick: searching a phrase in quotes with an asterisk replacing a word will search all variations of that phrase. It’s helpful if you’re trying to determine a song from its lyrics, but you couldn’t make out the entire phrase (e.g. “imagine all the * living for today”), or if you’re trying to find all forms of an expression (e.g. “* is thicker than water”).
6:Use the Minus Sign to Eliminate results containing certain words
You’ll want to eliminate results with certain words if you’re trying to search for a term that’s generating a lot of results that aren’t of interest to you. Figure out what terms you’re not interested in (e.g. jaguar -car) and re-run the search.
7:Compare foods using "vs."
Can’t decide between a burger or pizza for dinner? Type in “burger vs. pizza” for example, and you’ll receive side-by-side comparisons of the nutritional facts.
8:Filter Search results for Recipies
If you search your favorite food, and then click “Search Tools” right under the search bar, you’ll be able to filter recipes based on ingredients, cook time and calories. It’s the perfect tool if you have certain dietary restrictions.
9:Use "DEFINE:" to learn the meaning of words-slang included
Streamline the dictionary process by using, for example, “DEFINE: mortgage.” For words that appear in the dictionary, you’ll be able to see etymology and a graph of its use over time alongside the definition. Google will even sift the web to define slang words or acronyms. Try out “DEFINE: bae” or “DEFINE: SMH”.
10:Play ATARI BREAKOUT by searching it on Google images
The legendary brick breaker game is available for easy access on Google. Just search “Atari Breakout” (without quotes) on Google Images and enjoy.

Tips and Tricks For Clash of Clans

Like a lot of similar scale casual games, Clash of Clans has a lot of nuance that is not really documented. While most elements of the game are fairly straightforward, there's a couple of things you need to know if you want to quickly climb the ranks and prove that you are the best among your friends. With that in mind, we've assembled a couple of tips that will give you an edge over your opponents no matter what level you are currently at.

1:BUILD AS MANY RESOURCE COLLECTORS AND STORAGE UNITS AS POSSIBLE

Clash of Clans is a resource-based strategy game, and like all good resource-based strategy games you need to quickly establish as many resource collectors as possible in order to get anywhere. Building an army and attacking other villages is a ton of fun, but every minute you spend waiting for resources is a minute you're not burning someone's village to the ground, so focus on resource collection first and do it right.
Make sure you build the maximum number of Gold and Elixir collectors allowed by your Town Hall, and level those collectors up as frequently as possible. The same goes for your resource storage collectors, especially if you want to level up your Town Hall quickly. You need to be able to store resources in vast quantities to afford Town Hall upgrades, and especially in the early stages of the game this is very important.

2:KNOW YOUR RESOURCE CYCLES

Your Gold and Elixir are produced at a constant, predictable rate. To optimize the number of times you are checking in on your clan, take a look at the information tab for your resource generators. You'll see the rate that each system produces Gold or Elixir, and the total amount of that resource each system can hold before you need to dump that resource into their storage containers. It's quick math, just divide the rate per hour by the total and the answer is how many hours you have until that collector is full.
If your resource collectors are all the same level, you can even set alarms on your phone to remind you to check every couple of hours. This ensures you aren't losing time where your collectors are full, and you'll be able to grow your village much faster.
3:DON'T LET YOUR OPPONENTS SPAWN INSIDE YOUR VILLAGE

Leveling up your Town Hall gives you access to a whole new range of things, and that almost always means it's time to build yourself a bigger base. If you've decided to build your walls out bigger than you need so there's room for expansion inside your village, you've probably noticed that the enemy will sometimes spawn inside your base and start wreaking havok. Fixing this is easy, as you just move the walls or fill in the space behind the walls, but it's important to remember that any gap inside your village will leave an opening for your opponent to exploit.
To create a zero-gap base, move any building and pay attention to the white space that appears when you set the building down. As long as there are no gaps in that white space inside your base, your opponent will have to spawn from the outside and fight in to get to your village. This is also why you see people put buildings outside of their walls, as it increases the distance the enemy soldier has to travel in order to reach the base and leaves those soldiers open to be weakened by your defenses.
4:DON'T WORK AGAINST YOUR SHIELDS

Clash of Clans allows users to purchase shield time, which makes it so other players can't attack you. It's a nice idea as features go, but there's another way to get shields and while it's a little less dignified you don't have to pay in-game currency to get it. After you've taken a beating, the game throws up a shield for set amounts of time to aid in the recovery effort. Both kinds of shield go away if you decide to launch an attack on another player, and if you were just 100% wiped out by another player you probably don't want to do that.
Pay attention to your shield time, and use that to adjust your village so you are able to defend better next time.
5:GEMS ARE HIDDEN ALL AROUND YOUR BASE

It doesn't take long for you to outgrow whatever little patch of land you choose to settle in on your map in Clash of Clans, and that means you have to spend some resources clearing the landscape a bit. For lower level folk it's something of an expensive undertaking, but it must be done. Each map starts with 40 random obstacles on the map, with a couple of obstacles that respawn occasionally. As an incentive, clearing your map will earn your village both Gems and experience, so even if you've cleared everything you need to grow your village it doesn't hurt to knock a few more boulders and trees out of the way while you're waiting for something to upgrade.
You will also occasionally come across holiday themed obstacles as well as Gem boxes. These aren't the same as your regular obstacles, as the holiday gear will net you Gold and the Gem box will net you 25 Gems. Eventually, you'll reach milestone achievements for clearing 10, 50, and 100 obstacles. These achievements will earn you even more Gems, so keep clearing.
6:PLAY THE SINGLE PLAYER MISSIONS

Even when your shields are up, you can use your horde to attack Goblin villages in single player mode. While there are no trophies to be won for destroying a Goblin village, if you are smart about your attacks and don't just dump 100 warriors on the field it's not a bad way to make some quick cash in the game. You can also use the single player missions to unlock achievements, which earns you small amounts of Gems each time.
While Goblin villages are never designed the way human players set up their villages, due to the differences in building types and access to way more walls than humans have access to, these missions are a decent way to learn the best ways to take out defense turrets. Plus, you can replay the same mission over and over to try out new tactics, though you don't get any payout the second time.
7:MAKE YOUR MORTAR THE HARDEST THING TO        GET TO

Whether your opponent is spamming your village with warriors or there's a handful of giants smashing your walls, Mortar turrets are your best friend if you use them right. Every turret has a clear advantage and disadvantage, but the Mortar's ability to deal area damage is a huge deal for everyone. Unfortunately, as is often the case with Mortars, there's a minimum range they can shoot to avoid dealing damage to itself.
You need to put your Mortar in a place that defends as much of your village as possible, but in order to keep it safe you need to make that location difficult to get to. Use whatever you think is best, including walls, traps, and even other defense turrets. The longer you can keep the enemy in that white ring, the greater your chances of success will be.
8:ALWAYS ASK YOUR CLAN FOR HELP

Your Clan Castle is a lot more than just a shining beacon that lets everyone know you are part of a team. It's also an outpost for soldiers from your other clansmen, and if you have troops in that clan castle they will spring to life and attack enemies that have come to lay waste to your village. Unfortunately, you can't just train troops and send them to your clan castle. You have to request troops from your clansmen, and whatever they provide you with is what you get.
Talk to your fellow clanners and form a plan for what troops get sent where. The number of troops you can hold depends on what level your Clan Castle is, so be sure to level up and make sure everyone in your clan requests troops as frequently as possible.

TYPING AND WEB BROWSING TRICKS

TYPING TRICKS
These tricks are very helpful while typing cause these tricks save a lot of time and efforts. Here i m going to tell you the most important tricks that you will need while typing

1:Delete an Entire Word

Instead of deleting a single letter, pressing CTRL + BKSP will delete the entire word behind the cursor. This makes deleting text quicker if you screw up a whole word.

2:Making Subscript and Superscript Text

If you need to make sub or superscript text (think exponents for superscript), press CTRL + = for subscript and CTRL + SHIFT + = for superscript.

3:Move Cursor To The Beginning of Next or Previous     Word

Moving the cursor around manually while typing is a great way to make your work take longer than it needs to. To speed of the process, move the cursor around with keyboard shortcuts. To move it to the beginning of the previous word, use CTRL + Left Arrow. To move it to the beginning of the next word, use CTRL + Right Arrow. In OS X you can accomplish the same using the Option key.

4:Paste Plain Text of What Was Copied

When you copy text from any source, programs will usually copy any formatting that comes with it. To paste this as plain text, press CTRL + Shift + V instead of the standard CTRL + V, and the system will paste unformatted text.
Note that many programs follow this parameter (Chrome, Firefox, etc.) but not all, particularly Microsoft programs like Word or Outlook. For those there's a few alternatives that go beyond copying and pasting in Notepad:
 1) CTRL + ALT + V will show a 'paste special' dialog box.
 2) CTRL + Spacebar will remove formatting in already pasted text.

WEB-BROWSING TRICKS

These tricks will help you to browse and navigate through web pages easily.

1:Automatically add   WWW.   and  .COM  to a URL

You can shave off a couple of seconds typing in a URL by simply click CTRL + Enter after you type the name of the site. Need .net instead of .com, press CTRL + Shift + Enter instead.

2:Jump to Address Bar

There are a number of ways to jump right to the address bar from anywhere in browser. Pressing CTRL + L, F6, and ALT + D all accomplish this goal.

3:Bring Back a Closed Tab

It's super useful. Accidentally closed a tab? Simply press CTRL + Shift + T to reopen the most recently closed tab and get back to what you were doing.

4:Use Private Browsing

The uses for not having cookies and history saved are obvious for certain activities, you know, like shopping for gifts on a shared computer (of course!). Pressing CTRL + Shift + N will launch a new private in Chrome, CTRL + Shift + P will do it in Firefox and Internet Explorer.

5:Cycle Through Open Tabs

Pressing CTRL + TAB while in a browser will flip between each one. This can be much faster than moving the mouse and clicking on a tab. CTRL + NUM (1, 2, 3, 4, n..) will also take you to certain tab in that numeric order.

Turn Your Laptop Into Wi-Fi Hotspot Using Command Line In Windows

Want to share your LAN connection as a Wi-Fi hotspot without a Router Then follow the steps in this article to create your own Wi-Fi hotspot using Command line interface in Windows.
The Operating system i used to create the hotspot is Windows 8.1 . But this trick also works in every windows operating system released after Windows XP (inlcuded).
Follow the steps and the screenshots below to create your own Wi-Fi Hotspot using command line.

Step1:
Open the command prompt admin. In case of Windows 8 and above you can do this by pressing "Windows logo + x " and select command promt (Admin) as shown in the screenshot below.

Step2:
At first you had to check whether your wifi adapter supports hosted network mode or not.
So type the command "netsh wlan show drivers" and press enter. If it is Yes then you can create a hotspot, otherwise you have to upgrade your wifi adapter or drivers.

Step3:
Considering that your adapter has support for hosted network mode, type the command
netsh wlan set hostednetwork  mode=allow ssid=name_of_your_choice  key = your_password
as on the first window below. Here type the name of your choice in place of  "name-of-hotspot" and your password in place of "your-password-key".

Step4:
Next type the command "netsh wlan show hostednetwork" and press enter. You can see that status is not started for the hotspot.

Step5:
Next Type the command "netsh wlan start hostednetwork"  to start the hotspot and press enter.
To stop the hotspot you just have to type Stop instead of Start in the above command.
That is "netsh wlan stop hostednetwork "

Step 6:
Now for the last step all you have to do after creating a hotspot is , go to the change adapter settings and select the network (ethernet) you want to share and click on it’s properties and select the sharing tab and enable the option to share your internet with others.
Now that your Wi-Fi hotspot is created , enjoy the seamless browsing with your other devices.

Remove Virus N Recover Files Using CMD

Here you will learn about how to remove virus from your PD or Memory Card and recover files in it just by using commmand prompt

REMOVING VIRUS

It's so frustrating when you insert your PD or Memory Card in your PC and its not showing any files even if it is full. This is because of virus. If you have a good antivirus in your PC then you can scan and fix your PD or Memory card.

But if you don't have an antivirus just follow the steps which are as follows:-

Plug in the USB drive to your computer. Click on "Cancel" button if auto run Window appears

Now go to "Start" menu and then type "run" command on the search box, once the “Run” box appears, then type "cmd" to bring up Command Prompt

Type the corresponding USB’s "drive letter" and then Press "Enter"

Now type "dir/w/a" into the Command Prompt and again press "Enter." It will display a list of the files on the drive. If you get file names such as Autorun.inf, New Folder.exe, Ravmon.exe, svchost.exe, Heap41a, or any other file that is suspicious then your USB drive is infected with virus

Type "attrib -r -a -s -h *.*" into the Command Prompt and press "Enter." This will remove viruses infected files from your USB drive. You can even delete individual malicious files by typing "del filename" from Command Prompt and then "Enter." For instance, to delete "Autorun.inf," type "del Autorun.inf" into the Command Prompt and press "Enter."

RECOVERING FILES:-

Once all the infected files are removed from the pen drive, go to command prompt or CMD on your computer and run the following DOS command. Here we assume that the Flash drive is G: drive. If its not G: then replace G with correct letter as applicable.

      ATTRIB -H -R -S /S /D G:\*.*
